Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not offer returns but we do offer exchanges if there are any factory defects or damage sustained in shipping. If within 14 days of delivery you see any damage on your product please reach out to us so we can process an exchange, otherwise your exchange will be denied.

To complete your exchange, shoot us an e-mail including pictures of your item (ideally where it is damaged), your order number/receipt and a brief description of smaller details that may not be present in the pictures.

Refunds

Since we do not offer returns there is no need for us to offer refunds however if you’ve purchased a limited run item and we aren’t enable to replace it then a refund will be in order.

Gifts

Regardless if you were gifted your item or not our exchange policy and criteria still applies.

Shipping

You will be not be responsible for paying for shipping for your exchanged product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
